Birth certificate in noida

If you need to get birth certificate of your child (if you didn't get at birth time of you child), then follow the following steps:
  1. Get the medical prescription of birth of your child. Or, get the vaccinations card.
  2. Get a certificate from RWA on their letterpad, written that your kid was born on this date on this address.
  3. Get an application typed to submit it in office of city magistrate noida, with a court stamp of two rupees. You can get it done in sector 24, near NTPC building.
  4. Get a birth certificate form city magistrate office, fill it up and along with all the document, submit it to the city magistrate office sector 19.
  5. They will ask you to come after some days. If you are in hurry, then persuade the clerk there. They might ask you for some money for chai pani.
  6. After getting approved from city magistrate, the application will be sent to chief medical officer, sector 39. Get the confirmation from city magistrate office that your application has been sent to sector 39 office.
  7. Now, you need to go to CMO office sector 39, ask for the office where birth certificates are issued. 
  8. Go to that particular room and ask for your application status. They might say that they have not received, or come after one/two weeks. Those people don't cooperate. They will take time whatever they say. 
  9. After that, you need to go there, fill up forms they ask, and missing submit documents(if any). They might ask for originals of the documents. You will have to pay some fee, which is around 50-100 INR.
  10. After that they will provide you a form. That needs to be submitted to city magistrate office sector 19.
  11. After submitting the form you will get a receipt. It will give your registration number and expected no of days required for the certificate.
  12. After the expected date, go to the office and show your receipt. They will provide you the birth certificate. They might ask for 25 rupees for each of the copy of the certificate you ask.
