Birth certificate in noida

If you need to get birth certificate of your child (if you didn't get at birth time of you child), then follow the following steps:
  1. Get the medical prescription of birth of your child. Or, get the vaccinations card.
  2. Get a certificate from RWA on their letterpad, written that your kid was born on this date on this address.
  3. Get an application typed to submit it in office of city magistrate noida, with a court stamp of two rupees. You can get it done in sector 24, near NTPC building.
  4. Get a birth certificate form city magistrate office, fill it up and along with all the document, submit it to the city magistrate office sector 19.
  5. They will ask you to come after some days. If you are in hurry, then persuade the clerk there. They might ask you for some money for chai pani.
  6. After getting approved from city magistrate, the application will be sent to chief medical officer, sector 39. Get the confirmation from city magistrate office that your application has been sent to sector 39 office.
  7. Now, you need to go to CMO office sector 39, ask for the office where birth certificates are issued.
  8. Go to that particular room and ask for your application status. They might say that they have not received, or come after one/two weeks. Those people don't cooperate. They will take time whatever they say.
  9. After that, you need to go there, fill up forms they ask, and missing submit documents(if any). They might ask for originals of the documents. You will have to pay some fee, which is around 50-100 INR.
  10. After that they will provide you a form. That needs to be submitted to city magistrate office sector 19.
  11. After submitting the form you will get a receipt. It will give your registration number and expected no of days required for the certificate.
  12. After the expected date, go to the office and show your receipt. They will provide you the birth certificate. They might ask for 25 rupees for each of the copy of the certificate you ask.

    3. Write an application to the Registrar, sector 39 with the subject - Update of Birth Certificate with baby name 'Baby Name' and give the application & your baby's birth Certificate to Room Number 6. They will charge Rs 20 and give you a updated copy of the birth ceritificate. Before you submit the application & previous birth certificate to Room 6, they may ask you to get a signature of the registrar which sits just opposite to Room 6. This can be done without any hazels.

      Regards,
      Rajiv

  6. The process has changed a bit. Now, within 21 days of birth, if you provide all details and with your email id with hospital, it is directly fed to CMO, Noida and they will process and send a link of the certificate to registered email id, but the problem is that it may be without name. For adding name, you have to again go to CMO and make for correction.

The other way is to get your birthcard( original) or Acknowledgement slip of birth from hospital ( Original) with one photo copy to the CMO office, sector 39 Noida, window no1 for submission. The official timing is from 10.30AM to 2PM on Monday, wednesday and friday only and between 21 days to 30 days of the birth. make a line. being govt department, the babus (so called) will come around 11AM and will call you 1 by 1, take your birthcard and give you an acknoeldegement and date of certificate delivery on the photo copy. Do not forget to write the name of your child and also 1 photocopy of the original, else u will again go finding a photo copier nearby ( they do not have any in their premises)..And mind it they are also not filling any form from you and no Aadhar card or any identity card. Though it is written that you have to submit your aadhar card along with form ( no such activity is there), have patience, be in the line and get it done. And most importantly learn to have patience as your are dealing with sarkari babus, that to very typical in nature. I hope, my post will help. will request the author to make it also the headline, rather a comment so that it will help ease the problem. Thanks you all RK

  15. what is the process for get death certificate from CMO Noida.

  16. Based on my recent experience:

Its a typical sarkaari place.... The biggest problem is that they work only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for Birth & Death Certificates. One is supposed to go there within 21 to 30 days after birth of a child, which essentially gives only 4 days to submit the acknowledgement card to receive the birth certificate (a week after).... If one misses this deadline, then the process to pay the fine (of Rs 10/-) and to prepare an affidavit is too painful, as one has to collect the chalan forms (3 copies) from this office (which they usually do not keep deliberately), get it signed by an officer sitting here, and then go to Sector 2, SBI to deposit a mere Rs 10/-, bring back the receipt and submit along with an affidavit .... If you don't want to go through this pain, you can find a tout there who can do this job for you for Rs 200 or 300... and all this is happening there.... the officers are least bothered to make the system friendly to people.... Its weird that even to get a birth certificate they just allow 4 days for it... So, if you happen to be visiting there for a birth certificate, try not to miss the 30 days deadline....
